By The Numbers

One Local Crew, Wide Coverage

Steadfast operates one owner-led crew based in Odessa. We don’t subcontract jobs out, we don’t hand you off to franchise partners, and we don’t pretend to be everywhere. The trade-off is geography, we keep our radius tight enough to maintain quality across every install.

For projects further out, we’ll travel for commercial scopes that justify the day-rate. Call with your zip code and we’ll tell you whether we cover it before you spend time on a quote.

Don’t See Your City?

Call us anyway. For commercial jobs we’ll travel beyond the standard radius. Worst case, we know who can do it right and we’ll point you their way.

FAQ

About Our Service Areas

Common questions about coverage, travel, and timing. Browse our gallery or send a project inquiry through contact.

What if my city isn’t on this list?
Call us. We list nine cities because they’re our most-served areas, but we travel for commercial projects further out. Common requests come from Stanton, Crane, Kermit, McCamey, Fort Stockton, Snyder, and Sweetwater, all of which we’ve serviced.
Do you charge extra for travel time?
Within our standard radius (about 100 miles from Odessa), travel is included in the quote. Beyond that we may add a per-day mobilization fee for commercial work. We disclose any travel charge in the written quote so there are no surprises.
Can you handle multi-location commercial accounts?
Yes. We’ve worked with general contractors and facility managers who need consistent coating standards across multiple sites in West Texas. Same crew, same systems, same quality across each location.
How long does scheduling take in your busy season?
Spring and fall are our busiest seasons. Standard residential lead time is two to four weeks. Commercial lead times vary based on system and downtime constraints. For urgent commercial work we’ll often work weekends to fit you in.
Do you do emergency commercial work?
Sometimes. We’ve done overnight commercial coating work for restaurants and shops with tight reopening schedules. The polyaspartic system is what makes it possible, full cure within hours. Call us with the timeline and we’ll tell you what’s realistic.
What if I’m in a county not listed but want a quote?
Send your project details. We’ll let you know within 24 hours whether we can take it on. We’re transparent about our limits, we’d rather refer you to a quality competitor than overextend our schedule.
