FAQ

About These Projects

Common questions about the work shown above. Need a quote? Reach us via the contact page.

Are these all your installs, or stock photos?
All projects shown are completed work or representative installs of the systems Steadfast applies. We’re rolling out client photo replacements as we collect them. If you’d like to see job-site references in your area before you commit, we’ll arrange a drive-by during your quote.
Can I see the floor in person before deciding?
Yes. We can usually arrange a reference visit to a recently completed job in your area. It’s especially common for commercial customers who want to see how a system looks after six months or a year of real-world use. Ask during the quote.
How long do these finishes last?
Residential epoxy garages typically carry our 15-year warranty. Commercial foot-traffic floors are warrantied 5 to 10 years. Industrial high-impact floors get a 1-year standard warranty with optional extensions. Real-world life is often longer than warranty when prep was done correctly.
What does each project type cost?
Residential garage epoxy typically runs $4 to $8 per square foot installed. Commercial flake systems run higher due to scale and downtime constraints. Metallic decorative is the most expensive square-foot pricing because it’s a multi-coat custom pour. Every quote is itemized so you see exactly what drives the price.
Do you have photos of any specific service?
Yes. Each service detail page links to additional images of that specific application. If you want photos of a particular system not shown, ask and we’ll send what we have. We also have job-progress photo sets we send to interested customers during the quote phase.
Can my project be added to the gallery?
Absolutely, with your permission. We typically take a final-condition photo set on every install. If you’re comfortable with us using one or two for portfolio purposes, we’ll never include any identifying information about you or your business. Most customers are happy to be included.
