Written Quote, Then Schedule

You get a written quote that lists the system, square footage, prep, materials, warranty, and price. No vague verbal quotes. If you want to move forward, a 50 percent deposit locks your spot and we set a firm install date.

How fast can you come out for an quote?
For commercial work we usually schedule a site walk within 48 hours of your call. Residential quotes are often faster. If you have a hard deadline, tell us when you call and we’ll work to that schedule.
Are quotes free?
Yes. Every quote is free, includes a written scope of work, and there’s no obligation to move forward. We’d rather lose a quote on accurate pricing than win one by lowballing the prep.
Do I need to do anything to prep before the quote?
No. Just be available to walk the space with us and answer some questions about how the floor will be used. The more we understand about your operation, the better we can spec the right system. Bring photos if it helps.
What information should I have ready when I call?
Approximate square footage, current concrete condition, what the space is used for, your timeline, and whether there’s any chemical or impact exposure. None of this is required to get a quote, but the more you can share, the more accurate the first conversation will be.
Do you take projects outside Odessa and Midland?
Yes. We serve the entire Permian Basin including Big Spring, Andrews, Monahans, Pecos, Lamesa, and Seminole, plus surrounding areas. For commercial projects we travel further. Call with your location and we’ll tell you straight up if we can do it.
Will the owner be on my project?

How long does a typical install take?
Most residential garages are completed in two to three days, including cure time. Commercial timelines vary by square footage, system, and downtime constraints. We’ll give you exact dates and return-to-service times in the written quote.
